Ground Beef Noodle Bowl
Ingredients (serves 2‑3)
1 lb ground beef
2 cups cooked rice (or noodles)
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp oil
Salt, pepper, soy sauce – about ½ tsp each
Optional sauce: 2 Tbsp soy sauce + 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions
1. Heat oil in a skillet; brown beef 5‑7 min; season.
2. Cook rice or noodles; set aside.
3. Slice cucumber; set aside.
4. Combine beef, rice, cucumber; toss with sauce.
5. Serve hot.
Low‑cost tips – buy ground beef in bulk, use leftover rice, and a simple soy‑sesame sauce. Enjoy!
