Ground Pork Fried Rice

Ingredients (serves 2‑3)
1 lb ground pork
2 cups cooked white rice (about 1 cup uncooked)
1 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned, drained)
1‑2 Tbsp oil
Salt, pepper, soy sauce or any cheap seasoning – about ½ tsp each
Optional: chopped green onion, splash of vinegar for brightness

Ground Pork Fried Rice

Instructions
1. Cook rice according to package; set aside.
2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium‑high. Add ground pork, break up, and brown 5‑7 min. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Add corn (and any other veggies you have) and stir‑fry 2‑3 min.
4. Add cooked rice, toss to combine, and stir‑fry another 2‑3 min. Season with soy sauce and adjust salt/pepper.
5. Serve hot, optionally garnished with green onion or a splash of vinegar.

Low‑cost tips – buy ground pork in bulk, use leftover rice, and frozen corn. One skillet is all you need. Enjoy!
