Vegetable Stir Fry
Assorted vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, snap peas, broccoli), soy sauce, garlic, ginger, olive oil

1. Slice vegetables into bite-sized pieces. 2. Stir-fry in olive oil with minced garlic and ginger. 3. Add soy sauce and cook until vegetables are tender. 4. Serve as a side or over rice.
